ClearValue, Inc.® has developed many of the leading chemical and biochemical products in the water industry. ClearValue, Inc.® began in 1995. developing and providing water purification solutions to many US Industrial and Municipal Concerns.
From 1995 to 2001, the ClearValue® Team developed:
- The leading coagulation technologies in use today. Today's polymer technologies in coagulation were developed by ClearValue, Inc.® in the mid-1990's and are protected by U.S. Pat. No. 6,120,690, as well as pending 10/413,849. These technologies provide improved water clarity, obtaining improved turbidity and color performance while significantly reducing plant operating cost. And, most importantly, these technologies place no soluble aluminum in the water. Thereby, these technologies are quietly reducing the incidence of neurological disease, such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Dementia, etc.
- The leading bio-solids dewatering technologies in use today. Prior to ClearValue's work in the mid-1990's, the dewatering of thermophilic bio-solids was difficult at best, often leading to an inability to dewater. The ClearValue® Team solved this challenge developing an innovative polymer solution which is in use from New York to Los Angeles today. This technology is protected under U.S. Pat. No. 5,846,435 and 5,906,750.
- The leading odor control technologies incorporating bacteria to remove sulfide, as well as sulfide and ammonia odors. Yes, it is the ClearValue® Team which developed the use of Thiobacillus to control sulfur. This technology is protected under U.S. Pat. No. 6,136.193 and 5,705,072, as well as 12/069,078.
Most unfortunately, a company out of France, SNF Floerger purchased ClearValue®'s Suppliers in the late 1990's, Pearl River Polymers and Chemtall. Today, that same company, SNF Holding Company, has fully taken advantage of ClearValue's previous trade secrets and now intellectual property.
ClearValue, Inc.® is, most unfortunately, in a position of litigation against SNF Holding Company for Patent Infringement, Trade Secret Theft and Unfair Competition. SNF Holding Company transferred much of ClearValue's Technology to their sales arm, Polydyne, while also sharing with many distributors across the US. SNF Holding Company has placed ClearValue, Inc.® into a holding pattern with these technologies until litigation has completed.
As many are aware, SNF Holding Company also made misrepresentations to a Federal Judge, Leonard Davis, therein convincing Judge Davis that a 20% active polymer at 500 cps is the same as a 20% active polymer at greater than 1000 cps. While it is readily apparent that the Court of Appeals is not so easily mislead, we eagerly await the ability to enforce all of the above against the French Water Companies, most notably SNF Floerger and SNF Holding Company.
Should you wish to purchase the above products honestly, please contact ClearValue, Inc.®.
